Power of Attorney
Giving someone power of attorney allows them to act on your behalf while your traveling. While you are traveling, you may need someone to sign documents for you, withdraw money and send it to you (if you lose access yourself), or use that money to come to your aid should anything go wrong while you’re abroad. In addition, you may also keep a trusted person, power over health issues (life sustaining treatment).
Assign power of attorney to a trusted person in your life. This may be a parent, sibling or best friend. The process is different in every country.
