old user accounts are gone but you can log in with nostr and help salvage

recovered nomadwiki from xml dump into a fresh new mediawiki installation
spammers immediately found it... so had to disable account creation
next steps:
- allow account requests, like on hitchwiki
- delete spam Special:AllPages
- nice URLs: https://nomadwiki.org/en/
- logo
- fix the main page
- fix the Sidebar
- there's no semantic mediawiki stuff now, should we re-enable it?
